AFFIRM, we have an indication of wheel well fire, Descending to five thousand feet, fly heading zero eight zero to land on runway zero seven right. ANAC 123.

The controller cleared me to descend to five thousand feet, to fly heading zero eight zero, to expect landing on runway zero seven right and asked me to confirm if I had a fire indication in the wheel well.

ANAC 123, TAXI APPROVED VIA KILO, LIMA AND ECHO TO RUNWAY ONE ONE CENTRAL. REPORT TO CROSS RUNWAY ONE ONE LEFT. CALL TOWER ON ONE TWO SEVEN DECIMAL ONE FIVE.
Cleared to taxi via Kilo, Lima and Echo to runway one one central. Will report to cross runway one one left and will call tower on one two seven decimal one five, ANAC 123.
EXAMINER: Now, during taxi, you see some debris on taxiway Lima. Call Atlanta Ground and inform them about the problem and say your intentions, then listen to the ATC and interact.
Atlanta ground, ANAC 123. There is some debris along taxiway Lima. We stopped taxiing and we request removal.
ANAC 123, STOP TAXIING IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE CONFIRM YOU SPOTTED RUBBLE ON THE GROUND OF TAXIWAY LIMA.

EXAMINER: What did the controller say?
The controller told me to stop taxiing immediately and asked me to confirm if I spotted rubble on the ground of taxiway Lima.

EXAMINER: You are on final approach to land at Cape Town. Listen to the ATC and read back.
ANAC 123, CAPE TOWN CONTROL. RUNWAY ONE THREE IS CLOSED. EXPECT TO LAND ON RUNWAY TWO FIVE. VISIBILITY IS GETTING WORSE. EXPECT ILS APPROACH. READ BACK.
RWY 13 is closed, expecting ILS approach to land on runway 25, visibility is getting worse, ANAC 123.
EXAMINER: Now, ATC cleared to approach visually to RWY two five because the glide slope is not available, But, as you are not familiar with the airport, you don’t feel comfortable with it and you prefer to land based on RNAV.
Contact Cape Town Control, inform them about your situation and say intentions. Then listen to the controller and interact.
Cape Town Control, ANAC 123, we request RNAV approach to runway 25 as we are not familiar with this airport we feel it is better for safety reasons.
ANAC 123, I UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE A TECHNICAL PROBLEM. CLEARED TO LAND ON RUNWAY TWO FIVE. REPORT RUNWAY IN SIGHT.
NEGATIVE, we don’t have a technical problem. We request an RNAV approach to land on runway 25, due to safety reason, ANAC 123.

The controller understood I faced a technical issue, cleared me to land on runway two five and asked me to report when i had the runway in sight.

ANAC 123, TURN RIGHT HEADING ONE ONE FIVE. TRAFFIC AT TEN O’CLOCK THIRTY MILES, CLIMBING TO FLIGHT LEVEL TWO ONE ZERO. BE AWARE OF AN AIRCRAFT ON AN EMERGENCY DESCENT TO FLIGHT LEVEL 120.
TURNING RIGHT HEADING ONE ONE FIVE. TRAFFIC AT TEN O’CLOCK THIRTY MILES, CLIMBING TO FLIGHT LEVEL TWO ONE ZERO. AWARE OF OVERTAKING, ANAC 123.

MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY Tokio Center, ANAC 123. We were advised of smoke in the passenger cabin. We request immediate landing and assistance upon landing.

The controller informed me it was hard to understand my message as my signal was fading, she told me to keep present heading and asked me to confirm if I was facing a medical emergency.

The controller understood I had an unruly passenger on my aircraft and informed they were activating security services.
