This picture shows an Airbus that is covered in volcanic ash. It’s a twin-engine aircraft, it is white, and
the tail is green. It was on the apron area when this picture was taken.

On the left-hand side I can see a person that I assume is part of the ground staff, the person appears
to be putting a cover on the engine or possibly repairing something on the engine.

Behind the aircraft, I can see that there was a lot of volcanic ash in the air.

In front of the aircraft, I can see a vehicle, cones and some removable stairs.

Talking about what was happening here I believe that this aircraft was already on the ground when a
volcano erupted in the surrounding area leading to what we can see here.

The aircraft was most certainly grounded as this situation can lead to severe damage to the engines causing them to stop, and consequently causing a disaster.

I consider volcanic ash extremely dangerous.

Currently there is no specific equipment to avoid volcanic ash so the pilots must communicate and always check the weather forecast before a flight.

From My Point Of View, the aircraft was in the airport when there was a volcanic eruption in the surrounding area consequently the airspace was closed so all flights were grounded until the conditions improved.

Volcanic ash is one of the most dangerous situations pilots can face as it can seriously damage the engines and cause them to shut down.

I imagine when the ash clears away the maintenance department need to verify any possible damage, after that the aircraft should return to normal operations.
