In this picture, I can see a Boeing 777, a wide-body, twin jet engine aircraft.

This aircraft belongs to Britsh Airways as I can see the company livery printed on the fuselage. The plane is white and blue, and there is the Union Jack flag printed on the tail.

The aircraft is experiencing an engine fire in the left-hand engine. I can see the flames and a vast and dark smoke cloud coming from the engine.

This picture was taken during an emergency evacuation, as I can see that the escape slides were deployed, and some passengers are moving away from the airplane.

The firefighters are on the scene, and it is possible to see water being sprayed directly onto the blaze. The sky is clear, and it is a sunny day.

Before the picture was taken, I believe the pilot intended to takeoff normally, but then he had a mechanical failure that causes the engine to catch fire.

I believe that next, the firefighters will extinguish the fire, and then the airplane will be removed from this area, and all airport operations will go back to normal.

This is a great challenge for commercial aviation. I believe airline companies should invest in training and also develop new methods to help passengers to follow the safety procedures.
