63 – In your opinion, what is a good and a bad briefing? What can a bad briefing cause?

A good briefing is when pilots approach topics such as weather conditions en route, possible risks, crew task management, aircraft weight and balance. A bad briefing is when pilots fail to engage one of the topics previously mentioned. Most of the incidents and accidents are related to poor flight preparation, so I believe that a poor briefing could be extremely dangerous.
