In this picture I can see a wide-body aircraft that belongs to Iberia, the aircraft is white with red, orange and yellow stripes along the fuselage.

This aircraft is landing and there is a lot of smoke coming from the main landing gear.

This is a normal landing this photo was probably taken whilst the plane was braking.

In your opinion what is the worst situation a pilot can face during take off?

 

In my opinion, the worst situation a pilot can face during takeoff is an engine failure as the pilots might not have enough power to continue the take off.
