In this picture I can see a small white aircraft on a highway shoulder.
In the background I can see a lot of traffic and a police car.
The weather was good when the photo was taken.
Next to the aircraft, there is a truck and two men in fluorescent vests, they were probably responsible for removing the aircraft from the highway.
In the foreground I can see two policemen looking at the aircraft and dry shrubs.
This can be caused by a fuel leak and consequently a fuel starvation.
The consequences can be severe damage to the aircraft, injuries to passengers and crew and possibly a disaster.
If I were the pilot first I would try to find the best possible place to land, then I would declare an emergency and finally, I would land the aircraft.

What can cause a fuel starvation?
IN MY OPINION A FUEL STARVATION CAN BE CAUSED BY A FUEL LEAK, RUPTURED FUEL LINES AND BAD FUEL PLANNING.
Is it possible for the aircraft to take off from the highway?
IN MY OPINION ITS POSSIBLE IF IT IS APPROVED BY THE AUTHORITIES.
How will technology change in the future to prevent this situation?
IN MY OPINION IN THE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY WILL BE MORE ADVANCED TO ASSIST PILOTS IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND THERE WILL BE MORE WARNING SOUNDS AND LIGHTS TO ALERT THE PILOTS.
