EXAMINER: Now, during taxi, your chief purser advises you that an unaccompanied minor is having an epileptic seizure. Contact Tower, report your situation and request medical help. Then interact appropriately.
Juiz de Fora Ground, we have a medical emergency here. An alone kid is having an epileptic seizure. We need to go back to the apron and we request medical assistance, ANAC 123.
ANAC 123, YOU ARE CLEARED TO EXIT THE RUNWAY BY DELTA TO THE PARKING AREA. AN AMBULANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. CONFIRM IF THE PASSENGER IS UNDER 18.
AFFIRM. It is a kid. We will leave the runway by Bravo to the parking area, Anac 123.
EXAMINER: What did the controller say?
The controller cleared me to exit the runway by Delta to the parking area. He informed that an ambulance would be provided and asked me to confirm if the passenger was under 18.

EXAMINER: Now due to the long delay, you notice you are below the minimum required fuel you have to refuel. Call Tower, tell them about your problem and say intentions. Then listen to the ATC and interact.
Heathrow Tower, ANAC 123. We need to return to the gate in order to refuel because we are below the minimum required fuel.
ANAC 123, ROGER, ENTER RUNWAY 27 AND VACATE VIA A13 AND BRAVO. EXPEDITE YOUR TAXI. CONFIRM YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH FUEL LEAKING.
NEGATIVE, we have to refuel to avoid lack of fuel, not fuel leaking, ANAC 123.
EXAMINER: What did the controller say?
The controller misunderstood my message. He instructed me to enter runway 27 and vacate via A13 and Bravo. He told me to expedite taxi and asked me to confirm if I had problems with fuel leaking.

ANAC 123, YOU ARE CLEARED TO TAXI VIA BRAVO AND BRAVO CHARLIE TO RUNWAY 09 CENTRAL. GIVE WAY TO AN AIRBUS 380 LEAVING DELTA 7. EXPECT 30 MINUTE DELAY FOR TAKEOFF, ALTIMETER SETTING 1021.
ANAC 123, cleared to taxi via Bravo and BC to runway 09 central. Giving way to an airbus 380 leaving Delta7. Expect 30 minute delay for takeoff, altimeter 1021.
EXAMINER:
Now, while taxiing, you observe some liquid leaking from the Airbus in front of you. It seems to be coming from the landing gear. Report it to the ATC. Then interact appropriately.
Atlanta Ground, we can see a liquid coming out from the Airbus in front of us. It looks like hydraulic fluid from the landing gear, ANAC 123.
ANAC 123, HOLD POSITION. CONFIRM YOU NOTICED HYDRAULIC FLUID COMING OUT FROM YOUR LANDING GEAR.
ANAC 123, NEGATIVE, the liquid is from the airbus A380 ahead of us.
EXAMINER: What did the controller say?
The controller instructed me to hold position and asked if we noticed hydraulic fluid coming out of our landing gear.
EXAMINER: THANK YOU NOW SITUATION NUMBER 4.
EXAMINER: You are under vectoring by Empire Control. Listen to the ATC and read back.
ANAC 123, RADAR CONTACT, DESCEND TO 10 THOUSAND FEET, KEEP PRESENT HEADING, REPORT REACHING 8 THOUSAND FEET. EXPECT TO LAND ON RUNWAY 30.
Empire Control, roger, descend to 10.000 FT, keep present heading, I will report when reaching 8000 FT. Expect to land on runway 30, ANAC 123.
EXAMINER: Now, during the descent, you see this on your right, at 2 o’clock (see the picture below). Call Empire Control, report the situation and ask to deviate. Then, listen to the controller and interact.

Empire, there is a huge hot air balloon close to our position. We need to deviate to the left.
ANAC 123, TURN LEFT HEADING 180. COULD YOU CONFIRM THERE IS A BALLOON AT 2 O’CLOCK?
ANAC 123, AFFIRM, the balloon is to our right, at 2 o’clock. We are now heading 180 and turning left, ANAC 123.
EXAMINER: What did the controller say?
The controller instructed me to turn left heading 180 and asked me to confirm if there was a balloon at 2 o`clock.

The controller told me he understood I had had a GPWS failure. He informed the transmission was poor and asked if I heard him loud and clear.
